Policies

 

All orders are processed within 3 business days.  Shipping time is two to ten business days.  In the event of a delay we will notify you immediately.  Please include phone number on your order.  We do not ship to PO boxes.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within three weeks of purchase date for a refund.  Return in original condition with a copy of the invoice.  Please mail back insured for your protection.  Do not send packages C.O.D., whereas they will not be accepted.  The purchase price of the item will be credited back to your original method of payment minus the shipping fee.  Custom orders are non returnable.

 

If you need a piece repaired please contact me by phone or e-mail to discuss the repair. There may be a charge applied.  Package your purchase safely and securely with insurance.
